Upcoming Talk/Tour: An Autumn Landscape at the BkM

It’s a beautiful fall weekend in NYC (the first weekend without rain since…?). On Saturday, November 18th, to celebrate the sensory pleasures of autumn, I’ll be repeating my “show & smell” program focusing on Thomas Cole’s landscape painting The Pic-Nic Party at the Brooklyn Museum. This tour/discussion is a slowed-down experience that allows us to sit (literally) and spend time getting to know this work of art detail by detail, note by note.

For further details and tickets, please see here…and feel free to share with a friend!
