Reading: Peter Doggett, The Man Who Sold the World: David Bowie and the 1970s

Audio: Fiona Apple

Video: Still waiting to watch the latest season of “Black Mirror.” Mr. PP is never in the right mood to see it.

Drink: Harney’s black tea with apricot flavoring

Eats & Treats: I had such a good Taylor Ham brunch sandwich, called “Locals Only,” at the Fox & Crow last weekend. (With a Bloody Mary.)

Garb: Filling a few bags of things I no longer wear, for Salvation Army donations. Thinking ahead to spring and acquiring a few cute-yet-sensible lightweight dresses from Uniqlo and H&M.

My friend T. says it’s very 1990s. ($40 at Uniqlo)

Beauty Products: MUN Aknari Brightening Youth Serum (from Boxwalla) for my dry winter face. St. Ives Fresh Skin Apricot Face Scrub, used as a body scrub.

Pleasure: My first pedicure since September, now that my ankle is mostly healed and I can get through the process safely

Worry: Anxiety nightmares, probably caused by an upcoming presentation that I need to prepare
