Beauty Products: I’m coveting a NARS eyeshadow named Ashes to Ashes, for obvious reasons. And I’m enjoying a few new nail polishes that were press freebies from Sinful Colors’ Halloween collection (not an affiliate link! just sharing this for info). My favorites: Bad Witch and Spellbound.

Pleasure: The latest addition to our household: Gowanus (“Gus” for short), an orange-and-white kitten we just adopted from Cat Republic. Welcome, Gus!

Displeasure: My current run-down state, the result of several concurrent (and stressful) deadlines plus a bad cold. Trying to bring myself (gently) up to speed.
