Reading: Betty Smith’s A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, a favorite of my pre-teen and teen years that I haven’t revisited in a very long time.
Audio: Blondie.
Video: A documentary about Studio 54 on Netflix.
Art: Recently I’ve looking at ancient perfume containers from Ancient Egypt. Art AND perfume!
Eats & Treats: Hoping to get back to local restaurant Bread & Salt soon…all the rave reviews and word-of-mouth have made it a little too popular.
Drink: Non-caffeinated “lattes” from Daily Harvest.
Garb: A black embroidered velvet coat for this transitional season.
Beauty Products: This is going to be a red-lipstick autumn for me. My favorites right now: Lipstick Queen Well Red and NARS Dressed to Kill.
Pleasure: Fall weather and cozy cats.
Plan: Some train travel coming up this fall. Lots of good reading. Halloween festivities!
