July!! How are you holding up?! We’re having a heat wave right now so I’m laying low…which isn’t much of a change.
Reading: Jacqueline Woodson’s Red at the Bone. I highly recommend this novel.
Audio: Lots of Blondie lately.

Video: We whipped through both seasons of Derry Girls. I want more!
Eats & Treats: Raspberries. Zucchini. Freshly made bomboloni with various fillings (rhubarb, plum…) from our local artisanal baker.
Drink: Campari & soda, over and over
Garb: A very lightweight cotton dress from La Luna Ruda (mine is purple!), worn with chunky black sandals. And assorted face masks from my ever-growing collection.

Beauty Products: A big bar of C.O. Bigelow Mentha Exfoliating Bar Soap, super-refreshing for hot days. New-to-me discovery: Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Goldenpearl Plum, which turns out to be a very close match for my favorite Guerlain lipstick (!).
Pleasure: Giving another online lecture about classic perfume bottles. Attending another Arielle Shoshana scented happy hour. Attending an online author talk (more on that, soon).
Plans: Make a trip into Manhattan in August. Maybe meet a friend there for iced coffee?!
