Reading: A Darker Shade of Noir, a collection of body-horror stories by women (edited by Joyce Carol Oates).
Audio: One of my favorite news items of this month sent me into a Led Zeppelin cycle for a few days.
Video: The Crown (final season) on Netflix. Priscilla in the theater.
(Tr)eats: A fun dinner at Sweet Chick with friends after a downtown event.
Drink: Hot ginger tea with lemon, honey, and apple cider vinegar, to tame a bad head-cold.
Garb: Finally, finally pulling out some sweaters. After discarding lots of old raggedy things from my closet, I’ve added two new black cardigans to the mix, so I’m all set.
Beauty products: Rituel de Fille Thorn Pulp Crunchy Jelly Oil Cleansing Balm (rose-scented!), purchased during an early Black Friday sale. Primer and lipliner from Flyte.70, ditto.
Pleasures: My spouse’s book release and all related events. Thanksgiving with family. Exhibition opening parties at work.
Plans: Attending a perfume swap, celebrating a friend’s birthday, writing Christmas cards. Getting a flu shot. Planning some events of my own for January-February.
What have you been up to?

Eagerly looking forward to more scent talks at the Met (and other museums!). My friends and classmates are also keen to join your delightful scent & art history tours. Word is spreading! 💕💕💕
