Minotaurs and mermaids and Bigfoot, oh my!

Episode 7 of Perfume on the Radio (created by the Institute for Art and Olfaction) went live last night, and it was a fantastic menagerie of mythical beasts and the scents we associate with them. I’m so happy I was able to take part in this episode—I chatted with host Saskia Wilson-Brown about unicorns and fragrance, from art history to advertising, and recommended a few unicorn-inspired perfumes along the way.

You can find Episode 7 on the Perfume on the Radio site or at Spotify, as well as other podcast platforms. You can hear my bit at the 26-minute mark, but you really should listen to the entire show. I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I did.

Many thanks, once again, to IAO and Perfume on the Radio for inviting me to speak—and to Sarah McCartney of 4160 Tuesdays and Isobel Hush of Shay & Blue for answering my questions about their unicorn-themed fragrances.
