Upcoming Talk: Eerie Aromas at Morbid Anatomy

I’m looking forward to my first event with Morbid Anatomy in a few weeks! Morbid Anatomy was founded as a blog by Joanna Ebenstein in 2007 and has had a physical footprint in Brooklyn for the past decade. I really admire its ongoing exploration of the links between the arts, magic, medicine, and cultural death practices, all presented in a scholarly yet engaging manner.

My talk, titled “Skin & Bones: A Darker Side of Perfume Advertisements,” will be hosted online at 7 PM (NYC time) on Monday, March 4; you can find more information and a ticketing link here. Take a look!
